Recommended dosage:

You can drink MRET water following the principle "Listen to your body." During the initial period when toxins are being extracted from your body, or in case of health problems we recommended you start by drinking a half glass of MRET water per day, gradually increasing your intake to 3 glasses a day. Once your body is used to MRET water you can continue to drink as much as you like.  You can use it to make tea, coffee, soups and other liquids. Your pets will enjoy drinking MRET water. You can even use it to water plants and flowers.

Life span of the MRET activator:

The MRET Activator has a long life span of more than 7,200 hours or 14,400 half-hour operation cycles in  the switched on position. That’s about 5 years assuming 4 hours daily usage (8 cycles or 16 litres).
